Payment & Cancellation Policies

Payment Terms

Standard Bookings: A 25% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your dates. The remaining balance will be automatically charged 14 days prior to your arrival date.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Free Cancellation: Cancel up to 14 days before your scheduled check-in time for a full refund (minus any card processing fees).

Late Cancellations or No-Shows: If you cancel within 14 days of your arrival date, the total booking amount is non-refundable.

Damage & Security Deposit

A £150 fully refundable security deposit hold will be placed on your payment card 2 days prior to arrival. This temporary hold is automatically released after check-out, following a standard inspection of the hayloft.
